Honest Money Act
To repeal section 5103 of title 31, United States Code.

Honest Money Act -Repeals the law stating:
(1) U.S. coins and currency are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes and dues; and
(2) foreign gold or silver coins are not legal tender for debts.
