To restore to taxpayers awareness of the true cost of government by eliminating the withholding of income taxes by employers and requiring individuals to pay income taxes in monthly installments, and for other purposes.

Cost of Government Awareness Act of 2007 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to:
(1) repeal withholding of income tax from wages after December 31, 2007; and
(2) require individual taxpayers to make monthly installment payments of income tax.
