This is so important!! We are a military family currently stationed in Hawaii. Hawaii has one of the worst education systems in the nation. I am constantly at odds with the administration and the local military school transition teams and so on to attempt to gain a better education for our military children. According to section 2164 of title 10 of the United State Code because the schools are comparable to the schools in the surrounding area no action is necessary..so with our next duty station our children will be behind. Unless we move to a state where the education system is worse.
