We have paid too much for too long. 100s of billions for PEPFAR and MCC doubled and tripled by Congress. This needs to stop. It's too much debt over too long a time and the foreigners think it's an entitlement. The budget are for ten year 'sustainable emergencies.'
I agree we have paid too much, too long.......further I believe money does not go where it intended.
