Why are Citizens being attacked? Feb, 25 08

Nothing in this world is more alarming then the fact that United States Citizens are being attacked
and done harm by the U S Government Satellite Program.
I was attacked while in Ohio early last year, March and April, after some traveling to
Oklahoma, and on to Amarillo, Texas. Apparently, this torturing started before my trip West, for I
suffered substantially, prior to that time, not realizing what was happening to me.
Throughout 06-07 winter, October until the time I went on my journey West in March, I
suffered an agonizing experience of an equal consequence. At that time, I consider it much more
evil and more deadly, for it was done within my home, day and night, while sleeping, while eating,
while using the bathroom.
This onslaught of atrocities was done even though I tried to stop it. You may ask “how
can a person be harm, tortured, I would say, within their home and not be able to defend
themselves.” My understanding was revealing when I thought back to how Russia, in the Cold
War, beamed energies into the United States Embassy office building in Moscow, Russia. It
wasn’t until some time that the administrations in Moscow realize what was happening, mainly
because there was no way of knowing what was happening to the individuals while on duty. I
don’t remember the details of the occurrences, but apparently the people there at the Embassy
became sickly and this bombardment of energies hindered their work.
Could it be possible these same covert tactics are being used in United States of America?
Could the government in this country pick out individual citizens that may have irritated a few
people, doing them harm? The only reason I’m able to protect myself from this tormenting affect,
is my understanding of what actually happened in the Embassy in Moscow. Dual beams of energy
at a specific frequency converging at some designated intersect, namely me while minding my
affairs here in my home, tormenting and doing me harm.
I’m sure you are extremely hesitant about even thinking such a thing is happening. Yes,
this was my first thought when Satellites defense technology came to mind, “is it possible?”
“Could it be, someone like me, being under surveillance, attacked by such high tech equipment?”
No Way! I thought. But, after weeks of suffering its affect, I discovered truly, satellites are
involved. Of course, it wasn’t an overnight revelation.
It was recent I’ve been able to pinpoint the exact direction of those invading my privacy,
remembering the U S Embassy in Moscow, Russia. I decided it would do no good to contact the
Police Dept. “Where’s the harm?” “Where’s the evidence?”---Only those who are involved would
understand such uncivilized tactics. Spying and harm goes on today and now. Are you willing to
believe such evil, as it happens, is going on in my home? The End.

The cases below established on the federal record as a matter of fact that satellite radiation
technology reserved for the military and national security is now in use to retaliate and torture
those who denounce injustice. Exhibit A-1, demonstrates the swelling, pain and suffering caused
on myself and on my family by radiation directed by satellite and which intensity is comparable to
the radiation used by a microwave oven. Without knowing, many are the subject of harmful
satellite monitoring and tracking. The power of those using this technology resides in the fact that
most who become victims of this assault do not realize it, if they do, they are not likely to be
believed and would be unable to stop the aggression. The US Attorney claims that the use of
harmful radiation for surveillance of residences is legal. Sending a copy of this document to your
State and federal legislators asking for an explanation to this case can help to stop this torture, can
prevent that the same occurs to you or to your loved ones, and can spare lives and immense pain
and suffering.
For many years directed radiation has been used as a weapon to commit perfect crimes.
Directed radiation is silent, invisible, and can cause on unsuspected victims physical harm that can
be blamed to natural causes. Even low intensity directed radiation can cause pain, sleep
deprivation, swelling of vital organs, headaches, pain, allergies, diarrhea, breathing problems,
convulsions and seizures, visual impairments, cancer, diabetes, irregular blood pressure, heart
attacks, internal bleeding, birth and development defects, hyperactivity, crib death syndrome,
mood swings, and unexplained fatigue, anxiety and irritability, and nerve damage. The End.
This article is only one of many complaints against the U S Homeland Security. We
Citizens of United States are extremely concerned.

As a concerned Voter, I am urging you to Vote NO on the proposed Legislation, HR 6353 (as written) for the following reasons:
Although the Bill has been sold as essential to prohibiting "children" from purchasing dangerous drugs off the internet, Almost all the studies on the issue show that Most minors get prescription drugs from parents, grandparents, or a friend's parents (from their medicine chest, etc.) and NOT off the internet.
The passage of HR 6353 will stymie the ability to develop telemedicine as a suppliment to underserved remote, and rural communities that are suffering from a severe shortage of Doctors.
The OnlineConsultation services (which pair Doctors/PAs with patients) have responded to the fear that minors will use their services by tightening up the requirements the consumer must meet before even talking to their Doctors/PAS: a prospective patient MUST have up to date medical records, including proof that the medication has been prescribed by their Primary Care Physician in the past, a valid state issued ID, (some services even require a social security number as additional proof of identity) the prospective patient MUST speak to a licensed Doctor or PA with a current DEA license, an adult signature is required when the medication is delivered, etc. In addition, the DEA has taken down the questionnaire only sites dispensing controlled substances that once flourished on the internet...and rightly so!
Passing HR 6353 will further hurt Chronic Pain Patients who are already undermedicated due to the DEA's misuse of the CSA to persecute, and in many instances, prosecute Doctors they feel are "over-prescribing" pain medication (the DEA seems to think that long term use of pain medication is only appropriate in TERMINAL cases.) When used as directed, which the vast majority of chronic pain patients do, opioid pain relievers are still some of the most effacious, and safest, medications on the market for chronic pain.
Abolish the legitimate USA based websites using licensed Doctors and pharmacies, and the true drug dealers move in needing only an email address and spamming to peddle their wares: which could be fake at best, dangerous at worst. And, of course, these people WILL take anyone's money without scruple; including the money of minors.
Ditto as above for dubious International Sites which will become a huge problem with hundreds of thousands of desperate Americans spinning a dangerous drug "roulette" wheel.
Let me emphasis that the Chronic Pain community has nothing against sensible legislation that truly "protects" minors from ordering dangerous drugs by imposing appropriate restrictions on the cutting edge of telemedicine, but this BILL is not it.
