Carl Levin (D-MI) is preparing another push for Congress to expand the definition of hate crimes to include crimes based on a person's sexual orientation. He is hoping to include a hate-crimes amendment in the FY09 defense authorization bill that will be marked up by the Armed Service Committee next week. I would think that with all of the money shortages that senators would be happy to reduce mandatory minimums. especially with the new computer laws-no victim. The people are being so misled by the news, these so called predators are being approached in adult chatrooms by undercover police who initiate conversations, not on my space.

I have been out of work since November 2007. My unemployment benefits have run out. My money has run out. I unable to obtain employment and need more time to continue my search for employment. I am at risk of losing my car. Gas prices continue to rise daily. I am highly skilled in my field. My State Rhode Island is one of the hardest hit with unemployment. I am 53 old and have worked hard all my life. I've paid taxes all my life, and this is how my country is treating me. Unbelievable. The Senate, House and President continue to play games as peoples life's are put in jeopardy. Totally disgusting. So all the extra time that I am not spending on looking for employment, I will dedicate to making sure any politician that votes nay on not extending unemployment insurance will be out of a job their next term by informing the public of their decision in every forum available. I will encourage others to do so as well. It is time in this country for the people to take control of their government again and take it out of the hands of the uninformed, out of touch, uncompassionate, ignorant, greedy, self absorbed fools that are the true terrorists ruining this country. Pass a fxxkxxg bill extending unemployment benefits or you will be out of a fxxkxxg job!!!!!!!!!
Mr Levin, I heard you speak about this Extension for Unemployment and I believe you want this money for your constituents and the benefit it will do for our State's economy. This Iraq-Afghanistan War funding Bill with the new GI Bill along with the Unemployment Extensions need to pass the Senate just as it did in the House with the same Language and no more ADD-ON'S. Just the way it went through the House. I know you have some pull and Senators are always bargaining with other Senators for funding in their respective States. So for now, Let's leave all the Poker Playing away from the Senate Floor this Week (06/23/2008) and pass The House's version of the Bill that Pres. Bush wants and said he will sign. On June 30, President Bush signed a Supplemental funding bill for
critical military and domestic needs that includes a 13-week extension
of unemployment insurance (UI) benefits. Rep. Levin said, "Today the
voices of over one million out of work Americans are finally being
heard, with a much needed extension of unemployment benefits. This is
a victory for more than a million of our citizens that have already
exhausted their benefits, and an additional 2 ½ million estimated to
exhaust in the coming months - including over 200,000 Michigan
residents. The 13-week extension signed by the president today is a
vital first step. We will be ready to fight to sustain the program for

of true Independents we have the technologies to brake away from the RULER
of Oil but our Leader in not for Independents he is for the Rule of OIL and
the Rule of Oil is not IN this Country so the Ruler

On June 25, the House approved the Americans with Disabilities Act
Amendments [H.R. 3195

rejects the erroneous Supreme Court decisions that have reduced the
protections for people with disabilities under the Americans with

workplace by making transportation, housing, buildings, services and
other elements of daily life more accessible to individuals with
disabilities.
Unfortunately, since 1999, several U.S. Supreme Court decisions have
narrowed the definition of disability so much that people with serious
conditions such as epilepsy, muscular dystrophy, cancer, diabetes, and
cerebral palsy have been determined to not have impairments that meet
the definition of disability under the ADA. H.R. 3195 restores the
original congressional intent.

Please consider the other approaches to solving this financial crises. The American people should not have to put our dollars into the corrupt financial markets. I hope you will not support the emergency economic stabilization with your vote tonight. No one seems to want to look at the alternatives. It seems everybody want to obliterate the American Government financially. It looks like the govt will give all control to Federal Reserve Bank and the National Treasury. It reminds of the quote by Rothchild many years ago that says something like If I control a countries money then I care not who makes the laws. Is this what America has come to?
I was greatly disappointed to see that you had supported the bail out bill last night. It would appear by looking at the other comments on this page that you have once again voted your way and not the way of the people on this measure. As I had written before there are other ways to solve this crisis without taxpayer money. We sure did not do this in the 30's. I guess congress just doesnt learn from our own history. I will not be supporting you in this November election.
