H.R.2634
April 12, 2008 11:04 PM (7 months ago) | Overall Score: 5.0 | Replies: 0

This bill typifies what is best about America. While debt-forgiveness is one step, we must treat these countries as partners by working with them to end hunger, expand education, fight disease and create economic growth. Helping these countries get a fresh start is consistent with our values as a country and is in our long-term self interest.
