Yes, transgendered american's were taken out of the bill to make it more socially acceptable.

The same is true for Obama and McCain, I don't think this is a good indication of her character or stance on issues but rather on the current sitiuation of the nation. With the real estate market in turmoil you can bet that those with vested interest are giving money to anyone that might be become the next president.
